01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
The savory aroma drifts from prime cuts of Kobe beef expertly tended right in front of diners, accompanied by an array of deftly plated small dishes. Quietly situated in the basement of a Ginza building, WAGYU!! is a Japanese restaurant offering an elegant multi-course dining experience centered on premium wagyu in a calm, composed setting.
The foundation of the menu rests on carefully selected Kobe beef steaks and creatively conceived meat dishes. Cooked slowly and gently, the beef is tender, yielding concentrated savoriness and the delicate sweetness of refined fat with every bite. One of the house specialties, an assortment of meat sushi, makes a striking presentation lavishly crowned with sea urchin and other toppings, instantly enlivening the table. From simmered seasonal vegetables and chilled appetizers to desserts featuring seasonal fruit, the entire progression is beautifully composed.
Guests can sit at the counter to take in the culinary energy and conversation with the chefs up close, or retreat to private rooms for secluded gatherings. Paired with selections of beer, wine, and other beverages, it makes a fitting reservation for special celebrations or evenings devoted to savoring an unhurried meal.
